Safwa Urban Development -SUD has developed its construction works in each of the following projects, Capital Heights 1 and Capital Heights 2 in the New Capital On the central axis directly next to the embassies district with a direct view on the Green, and High City compound in AL-Obour City on Ahmed Orabi Square at the entrance of the fifth district.

Safwa Urban Development –SUD, has developed construction works in High City Compound on the highest knoll in Obour City – Ahmed Orabi Square – 5th District, which is considered pre scheduled in concrete buildings and finishing work, work is in progress in 10 buildings in terms of interior finishes and 20 buildings in terms of completing the concrete structures and facades works and that of total number of 60 buildings and the foundation for the rest of the project is drilled and laid, with areas starting from 110m² for apartments and 17m² for commercial with down payment starting from 0% and installment up to 5 years, the compound is scheduled to be delivered in 2020-2021.

Safwa Urban Development Company -SUD efforts were not limited to High City Compound, but also started in Capital Heights 1 in the new capital where SUD poured concrete for 10 pieces, in addition to leveling roads, digging and lifting walls in Capital Heights 2, Which is located in the most vital areas in the heart of the new capital with areas starting from 123m² for apartments, 300m² for duplexes and 547m² for palaces with payment plans starting from 0% down payment and installment up to 7.5 years.
